Useful Information
We offer three spiral staircase kits, so you can pick the right finish and setting. The External Galvanised Steel kit is hot-dip galvanised as standard, giving full weather protection for gardens, balconies, courtyards, and fire escape routes. The External Powder Coated kit starts from the same hot-dip galvanised base but adds a premium powder-coated finish in your choice of four colours for a more refined exterior look with the same corrosion resistance. The Internal Powder Coated kit is built for indoor use, with a sleek, compact footprint and the same four powder-coat colour options to match your home's interior. All three are available in Category A (1500mm diameter) or Category B (1900mm diameter), across a range of floor-to-floor heights.
Every QStairs kit is supplied as a complete, self-assembly staircase. That means the full steel stair structure with non-slip treads, the balustrade and handrail, and a matching landing platform, all finished to the same specification you choose. In short, one order gives you everything needed to build a finished staircase. Fixings are covered separately below - the only thing not included is anything to secure the finished structure into your own building. See more on the Useful Information page.
The landing supplied with every kit is square, in the same finish as the rest of your staircase. On a Category A kit (1500mm diameter), the landing measures 950mm x 820mm. On a Category B kit (1900mm diameter), it measures 1150mm x 1020mm.
